University of Chittagong successfully wrapped up the Hult Prize 2023 on Monday (19th June).”Team Chroma” became champion in the On-Campus Round of Hult Prize.
Around 100 teams participated in this On-campus round. These teams presented their Business Idea in front of the Judges. There are several rounds in the on-campus Hult Prize. Team Chroma became Champion, Team Finance Wizards became the First Runners-up and Team Phoenix became the Second- Runners-up.
Mr. Anamul Haque, Assistant Professor of the Banking and Insurance Department of CU was present there as a Guest. He said,” This event wouldn’t have succeeded without all of you, especially the organizing committee from University of Chittagong who has been working hard for these few months. Hult Prize is the best Business Case Competition for University students. “
Hult Prize, also known as the 𝘕𝘰𝘣𝘦𝘭 𝘗𝘳𝘪𝘻𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴, challenge that allows students to solve a concurrent social issue through social entrepreneurship and team building. This year’s Hult Prize challenge is ‘Redesigning Fashion’.The global champion team will have the chance to present their idea to the world leaders at UN headquarters and win a 1 million US dollar incentive to visualize their idea in social change.
